WIW - Styling the brightest jacket in the world.

Today is my last day off of work before i head back from the long weekend. It's not very warm out today so i thought i'd break out the jacket! Since it pretty much scream, "Punk!" to me i thought it'd be fun to contrast that by pairing with a bunch of classic pieces.

I also kept my makeup super simple with mostly nudes and a bit of bronzer (because i like to try to carve out my non-existent cheekbones lol).

    I love the jacket!! I feel like I would like this whole look better if you were wearing it over a tunic OR if you popped wide legs on instead of skinnies. It is adorable but high waisted skinnies with a top tucked in are just not my thing.

    I'm feeling a little bit of a Grease pink lady vibe here - so of course I love it! Of course, this is my imagined reality, in which Grease takes place in England and you can pogo to all the songs...

    I swear Nicole that jacket was made for you! The fit is absolutely amazing and you look gorgeous in that vibrant colour.

    I actually really like the classic trousers, tee and flats you've paired it with - it's kind of like Audrey-Hepburn-goes-punk!

    I love it. This is not what would have come to mind, but it's fab. I'd like to see some boyfriend jeans and heeled boots. :)

    Love this treatment, Nicole. It's an example of how "classic" can anchor a strong piece and let it shine. I immediately thought of Sandra Dee, but in a definitely good way. Really, when you wear this singing and dancing are kind of required!

    My first thoughts were the same as Rae and Kari: it's like the pink ladies meet the 80s but with still a current fee. I love this outfit totally. Thanks for sharing.
