Sorry I'm eating and food makes me hyper. :D

I looooooooove this dress! I found it last year at Nordstrom Rack and i swear the heavens parted and the angels sang. I felt like everything about it was 100% "me" AND i could afford it! Lovely day!

It was also the day when i heard a voice saying behind me, "Do NOT look at the shirts. You have enough shirts. DO. NOT. LOOK". Which at first I thought was God having an impromptu intervention with me but it actually turned out to be a lady. Completely by herself. I really wanted to be friends with her.

    Wow, this really is YOU! I love the pink dress with lace overlay and black boots and biker jacket! You pull this off like no other! Too bad your hair isn't still pink!

    I've had those moments with dresses before--isn't it the best feeling when your dress destiny is fulfilled?

    Made for you! Love the "nailhead" type detail in the dress and how you've echoed that in your earrings and bracelets. I do think I see in pic 4 that the heavens have indeed parted and a ray of light (pink) is breaking through. Is that the hallelujah chorus I hear?

    Nicole, this is an amazing dress with an amazing story and I am so happy the universe gave you a big UWP *kiss* in Nordstrom Rack and that you also got to overhear another woman *dealing* with her own fashion issues that we can all appreciate!     Great dress! I think it looks very 'you'. I like how you kept your accessories fairly simple to let the dress stand out.

    Awesome dress! I love it. I read it as Gothic Boho. Not Goth. But Gothic in a 70s sense, as in Led Zeppellin Houses of the Holy/Alistair Crowley typic of Gothic feel.

    (If that makes any sense at all.)
