WIW - Leopard printed bomber jacket

Ladies! I am pumped! Yesterday was one of my days off from work and it was a glorious 60 degrees and sunny! I really hope this means spring is on it's way *but* i haven't spotted any robins yet....still, i'll take what i can get!

I know i've said quite a few times that i am not much of a handbag person but this little green suede bag wanted to come home with me the last time i was out shopping. I like how it's structured and a bit prim next to the baggier and wilder leopard bomber jacket.

Thanks for looking! Feel free to say any kind of comment - good or bad! And if you have any tips for shooting better pictures when you can't get away from the bright, bright sun share those too! :)

    This is such a great combo. Its youthful and fresh. The green bag is a wonderful addition. Do your little ones know just how cool there mum is??

    I can't tell if I love or hate the jacket. It's so 80's! Bench me please while I think about it. Anyway you look great from head to toe, I love the green bag. I had a green bag a few years ago. It was so fun because it doesn't match but it goes with alot of things! Great find!

    I love this!! You look amazing. The bookending is great, animal print is very fun, but the bright pop of colour just finishes the outfit. Fantastic!

    Okay, cutie! How do you manage to be so sweet and so fab in every pic? Do your husband and son just melt when they look at you?

    Anyway, gotta love Tuesday and the sounds of melting snow ;-) (and it sounds like Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will be unseasonably lovely, . . . .!!!)

    Also, gotta love your outfit! You totally rock the leopard bomber with the black and denim! The green bag is great too, but you could throw a potato sack over your shoulder :-)

    I'm so grateful for the range of ages and styles on YLF! I often learn to see 80s trends with a fresh eye from your posts, and this is no exception. Love the simple cuff on the jeans, and my eye is glad to see the "bomber jacket" in something fun. I have two questions: 1. How do you keep the keep the hat from flying off your head? 2. How do you survive with such a small (if divine) purse?

    Beth Ann - 1. I make sure the hat fits my head? If it's a windy day then yeah you need to be careful but otherwise as long as it fits well it's not a problem. When i got my first boater hat i thought it would be and i sewed some hair clips on the inside so i could clip it into my hair...but then the very next day someone was being silly with me and took my hat off...and some of my hair. ;_; 2. I like to carry purses like this when i'm just out running errands and i only need the essentials. Packed inside: iPhone, lipstick + gloss, asthma inhaler, bank card + ID, sunglasses and car keys. HTH's!

    MNSara - Ahhh i hope it's super nice this weekend! My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary on Saturday and will be roaming around Minneapolis. Always so much more fun if it's nice enough out to walk without freezing!

    MaryK - Adopt? But i thought you said you were my mom! Now i'm going to need therapy. XD
