WIW - A whole lotta look.

I'm touching on a whole lot of trends here. @_@ Printed pants, orange, bold stripes(well actually i guess they're kind of hidden by the jacket...), sporty top, mixing prints...butttttt i like it. ;) The first time i posted a look with these pants i made i kept everything else very simple so it's nice to find more ways to wear them.

I meant to take a picture of this top with my jacket off but i forgot. The sleeves have wider strips then the body of it, it's pretty neat!

    Indeed, Ms. ALGO! I can't think of *anyone* who could pull off this combination but you. My favourite cohesive part of the outfit are the flat boots. They totally ground the look. My thumbs are up, Nicole :)

    Love the pants (in the abstract) but especially on you! Top is great; the scale seems perfect. I feel like it works better than a solid would; somehow it brings in some type of harmony. Fantastic!

    Oh wow Angie thanks! 99% of the time it's me, my tripod and my camera's self timer that take the photos. I've had my husband help out a time or two but...it usually ends up with us irritated at each other lol. He doesn't have any aspirations to be a photographer. So he'll be snapping away and i think it's all good and then come to find out the sun will be glaring away in every shot, or my shoes and legs are cut off. it's a rough life. XD

    I'm constantly admiring your ability to stay warm. Do you wear any more layers on top of what's in your outfit pics? I can't wait to wear my leather jackets again... I'm shivering in wool coats now, and I believe it's warmer in my neck of the woods.

    cciele - Thank you! I don't know very much about cameras or photography but i am trying to learn bits and tricks here and there.

    Andrea - i had to look up "lumox". So thanks for expanding my vocab haha. :D

    Lena - some days i post without my outerwear outside and it is much too cold. This day was 45 out and even though i brought gloves and a scarf out with me i ended up not needing them. I do have another shirt layered underneath the striped one and i wasn't really walking around outside much. Just out of the car and into a store.

    You totally pull off this much look! Somehow the visual interest up top actually seems to balance the jeans. Cool!
